Rob McAlpine is a clinical psychologist who has extensive experience working with adults and adolescents. He has over 17 years experience working with IPT and IPT-A.
Rob also provides training and supervision in managing trauma using IRRT.
Anthony Hillin has more than 25 years experience working with adolescent and adult issues as a clinician, trainer and manager of an adolescent mental health service. His training and consulting has been commissioned by over 100 agencies in UK, USA, India and Australia. Anthony’s work spans a wide range of issues including grief and loss, sexuality and team building.
Rob and Anth are both certified IPT trainers with the Interpersonal Psychotherapy Institute. As well as providing training in IPT, they provide supervision for therapists using IPT in Australia & the USA. They have jointly delivered a suite of 5 courses in adolescent anxiety, depression & related disorders to over 2,000 mental health clinicians & school & TAFE counsellors.
Lianne Neville is a Registered Psychologist with more than 25 years experience in working with adolescents, adults and children in both school and private practice settings. Lianne’s major interests therapeutically are in trauma and autistic spectrum disorders. She has supervised many psychologists through their 2-year registration program, and also provides supervision to other psychologists and community welfare providers. Lianne is passionate about helping practitioners to develop their skills beyond competence to polished proficiency.
Gwenda Brownell is a Registered Psychologist who has been working with children, adolescents and adults for more than 20 years. Her particular therapeutic interest is the treatment of trauma, and she has a strong commitment to both undertaking and providing supervision. She has supervised a number of psychologists through their registration program, as well as providing supervision for both psychologists and practitioners in other helping professions.
Lianne and Gwenda have developed and implemented group programs for adolescents and adults in managing depression, anxiety and anger, as well as in building resilience with senior students.
