Alliyah is an empathic and perceptive Registered Psychologist, deeply committed to supporting adults as well as teens and younger children to manage emotionally difficult times, and enhance well-being and resilience. She is specifically trained in the treatment of anxiety and depression, using effective therapy strategies.

Alliyah especially enjoys working with children, adolescents and families. Passionate about providing a trauma informed and neuro-affirming approach, she helps neurodivergent clients and their families to employ strategies that help meet their needs (including navigating changes around puberty and sexuality education) while also understanding how early childhood experiences can impact emotional and behavioural development. She has particular experience working with neurodiverse clients and families in the NDIS space.

Alliyah engages with a variety of therapy modalities including, Cognitive Behavioural (CBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy skills (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), and Play Therapy. Sessions with Alliyah involve building a strong therapeutic alliance, a compassionate, strengths-based focus and collaboration in achieving meaningful change.
