The following information is provided to help our current and potential clients.

How do I make an enquiry with your service?

Click on the Contact Button on the top of the page and select the appropriate enquiry form and complete. This will be sent to us with the information we need and we can respond to you with options for you.

How do I know which Clinician would be the best for me to see? 

Clinician selection is specific to you, and for this reason our Practice Manager Steph will seek to gather as much information as possible before recommending someone for you to see.  To help this process please complete an enquiry form on our website and we will come back to you with suggestions and other information.

How often will I need to see a clinician for therapy? 

This is also specific to your situation. Your clinician will recommended treatment options and estimate duration during your first couple of appointments. 

What is the cancellation policy?   

Should you be unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we require 48 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to attend or cancellation without sufficient notice may incur a fee.  These fees are outlined with the support team when booking your first appointment.

What if I don’t feel well on the day of my appointment? 

We offer Telehealth Appointments to those clients who find themselves unwell on the day of their appointment, or unable to travel into the office.  Telehealth appointments must be undertaken in a safe and secure environment without interruption to ensure your confidentiality is maintained.  If you are unable to attend your appointment or move to telehealth then our cancellation policy will apply -see above for details. Please note telehealth appointments must be pre-paid.

Does your clinic offer group therapy for families? 

At this time The LifeWise Centre does not offer group therapy for families.  Your GP should be able to provide alternative clinics who are able to offer this service.

Does your clinic offer couples counselling?

At this time we are not offering couples counselling. Your GP can recommend an alternative clinic for you to access couples counselling.

Do you see people under DVA?

Yes we do see people under DVA, please ensure your GP provides you with a D904 referral, it is required by DVA to ensure they are able to cover payment for the treatment.

Do you offer WorkCover Therapy? 

When we have capacity, we are able to offer support to clients under their WorkCover claims. Please use the enquiry form under the Contact button above to ensure you have all the information for us to confirm if capacity is available.
