Sarah is a Registered Psychologist currently undertaking the Clinical Registrar Programme following the completion of the Master of Clinical Psychology. Sarah works primarily with adolescents and adults supporting them to navigate a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, stress management, workplace difficulties, neurodivergence, eating disorders, grief and loss, emotion regulation and social skills building.
Sarah’s main therapy modalities include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Brief Solution Focused Therapy (BSFT), Art Therapy and Mindfulness. Sarah is an ANZAED credentialled clinician who has experience working with Eating Disorders using CBT-E. Through her time at The LifeWise Centre, Sarah has also helped clients navigate Social Media and their Cybersafety to support mental wellbeing. Sarah is experienced in comprehensive psychological assessment, including IQ testing, autism diagnosis and vocational assessment. Sarah is passionate about individualising sessions to meet the needs of her clients, especially when working with clients who have neurodivergence or are gender diverse, and welcomes clients who are a part of the LGBT+ community.
Sarah is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals using a strengths-based approach that is supported by a strong therapeutic alliance. Sarah is a registered Medicare Provider and an Accredited SIRA WorkCover Clinician.
